Aracarisw accepts exchanges under the same shipping conditions, without any sign of use.
Period of 14 consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order.
Receipt of the order together with the invoice / purchase receipt (mandatory).
The exchange or return must be previously sent by email to info@aracarisw.com with the following information:
Full name, phone number and order number.
- Exchanges:
Send the original article to Rua do Cercal 1140 L 2890-303 São Francisco.
In case of exchange of article, you must mention the model and size you want. Exchanges are limited to the Stock existing at the time of exchange.
If the desired item is available, you will receive an email with the confirmation and respective IBAN for payment of postage and difference in value (if applicable).
- Returns:
In the case of a return, upon receipt of the product, a bank transfer of the value of the item will be made if it is in perfect condition within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The pieces will have to be delivered with the tag and the underwear protector.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items with signs of use or damaged after delivery.
Return shipping costs are by the responsibility of the customer.
